Сompleted a Bachelor degree at the St. Petersburg Polytechnic University in the "Materials Science" profile in 2016. Completed a Master's degree at ITMO University in the field of "Modern Functional Materials-Technical Physics" in 2019. In 2022 received a PhD in Physics and mathematics. During his studies in the master's and postgraduate programs, Kaminskii V.V. had experience working with several teams of foreign colleagues studying magnetic deformation in Ni2MnGa single crystals, including the discoverer of the phenomenon - K. Ullakko. V.V. Kaminskii with co-authors, using the СPO (composite piezoelectric oscillator) method, studied in detail the temperature, magnetic field, amplitude dependences of the Young's modulus in the cubic phase of the stoichiometric Ni2MnGa single crystal. As a result of these studies, the influence of domain walls on additional softening of the Young's modulus in the single crystal was discovered. As a result of this work, a grant from the Russian Scientific Research Foundation "Graduate Students" was successfully completed, in which Kaminskii V.V. was the only executor of the project. Since 2023, Kaminskii Head of Laboratory at the Institute of Advanced Data Transmission Systems at ITMO University.
Chumak Maxim Aleksandrovich is a researcher at the Centre of Nanoheterostructure Physics of the Ioffe Institute in St. Petersburg. Chumak, M.A., graduated from Peter the Great St. Petersburg Polytechnic University with a degree in nanotechnology and nanomaterials in 2022. Their areas of scientific interest include condensed-matter physics, structural analysis methods, carbon nanostructures, nanomaterial synthesis technologies, and the physics of low-dimensional systems.
