Rafael Adolfo Nozal Cañadas received his PhD in Epidemiology Network Analysis from the UiT: The Arctic University of Norway in 2024. He worked as a research assistant in the institutes of the Computational Biology Unit (CBU) at Bergen (2014-2015), CIBM (Biomedical Investigation Center), IMUDS (Mixed Institute of Sport and Health), and Institute of Nutrition And Food Technology (INYTA) at Granada (2017–2019); Institute for Informatics at Tromsø (2019–Present).
Rocío Raya-Miranda is currently an assistant professor with the Department of Statistics, University of Granada, Spain. She received her Ph.D. degree in Statistics in 2003 from the University of Granada. Her research interests include non-parametric curve estimation, bootstrap methods, additive models, reliability analysis, and bandwidth selection.
