Dr. Donghao Wang received a B.Sc. degree in Biology from Shaanxi Normal University Biology, in 2007, and a Ph.D. degree in Botany from Shaanxi Normal University, in 2013. He joined the School of Life Sciences, Shaanxi Normal University, in 2017 and is a professional technician at the National Engineering Laboratory for the Development of Endangered Medicinal Resources in Northwest China. He is mainly responsible for the breeding of endangered medicinal plants, the management and maintenance of various laboratory instruments, and the preparation of many undergraduate experimental courses in the school; he is also responsible for the laboratory's investigation of some Chinese medicine germplasm resources and Chinese medicinal materials industry services.
Dr. Wen Zhou graduated from the School of Life Sciences of Shaanxi Normal University in June 2020 with a PhD in Botany. She has been engaged in postdoctoral research at the School of Life Sciences of Shaanxi Normal University since January 2021 and became an associate professor at the School of Life Sciences of Shaanxi Normal University in December 2023. Her research mainly focuses on the establishment of a rapid breeding system for rare and endangered medicinal plants and the biosynthesis and regulation of secondary metabolites of medicinal plants.
