Prof. Dr. Amany A. Al-Dokhny is a professor in Educational Technologies.
She received her doctoral degree in educational technology from the University
of Ain Shams, Egypt 2013. She also received her master's degree in educational
technology from the University of Ain Shams, in 2010. She earned her bachelor's
in educational technology from Specific Education College, Cairo, Egypt, in
2005. Currently, Prof Dr. Al-Dokhny is working in Curriculum and Teaching
Methods Department, at the College of Education at King Faisal University,
Alhasa, Saudi Arabia. Her research interests include generative AI, learning
analytics, chatbots, mobile learning, IT acceptance models, e-motivation,
e-scaffolding, infographics, gamification, Massive open
online courses, 2D and 3D graphics, personalized and adaptive
learning environments, learning repositories, QR codes, networks social media,
augmented reality, museums, virtual classrooms, the Internet of Things, people
with learning difficulties, autism, the gifted and talented, and people with
dyslexia.
Dr. Omar A. Alismaiel is an associate professor in Educational Technologies. He received his doctoral degree in educational technology from the University of Wollongong, Australia 2013. He also received his Master's degree in Information Technology in Education and Training from the University of Wollongong, Australia, in 2007. He earned his Bachelor's in Teaching Science for Elementary Education from Teachers College, Alhasa, Saudi Arabia, in 2002. He held positions as Vice Dean, Acting Dean, and Head of different departments of the College of Education at King Faisal University. Currently, Dr. Alismaiel is the Head of the Curriculum and Teaching Methods Department, at the College of Education at King Faisal University, Alhasa, Saudi Arabia. His research interests include Blended Learning, E-Learning, Instructional design, Collaborative Learning, Mobile Learning, Virtual Classroom, Online Learning Tools, Interactive Multimedia and Social Media Technologies.
Dr.
Samia Sh. Youssef is an assistant professor in Educational Technology. She
received her doctoral degree in educational technology from the University of
Ain Shams, Egypt, in 2013. She also received her master's degree in educational
technology from the University of Ain Shams, in 2007. She earned her bachelor's
in educational technology from Specific Education College, Cairo, Egypt, in 1999.
Her areas of interest are gamification, augmented reality, feedback, AI, and
education for people with special needs.
Dr. Nermeen M. Nasr is an
assistant professor in Educational Technology. She received her doctoral degree
in educational technology from the University of Ain Shams, Egypt, in 2009. She
also received her master's degree in educational technology from the University of
Ain Shams, in 2004. She earned her bachelor's in educational technology from
Specific Education College, Cairo, Egypt, in 1997. Her areas of interest are Virtual Reality, Intelligent Tutoring
Systems, Machine Learning, and Interactive Media.
Prof. Dr. Amr M. Drwish is a professor in Educational Technologies. He
received his doctoral degree in educational technology from the University of
Helwan, Egypt 2012. He also received his master's degree in educational technology
from the University of Helwan, in 2009. He earned his bachelor's in educational
technology from Education College, Helwan, Egypt, in 2005. Currently, Prof Dr.
Drwish is the Coordinator of the Curriculum and Teaching Methods Department, at the
College of Education at King Faisal University, Alhasa, Saudi Arabia. Also, he
is an adviser to the National Center for Measurement in the KSA, an internal
reviewer at the scientific journal of KFU, and an external reviewer at UOH, JU,
and UOB at KSA. He is the program accreditation advisor for postgraduate programs at the
Faculty of Education, KFU, a member of the Educational Consulting Unit, College
of Education, KFU, and a member of the Egyptian Society for Educational
Technology. His areas of interest are e-learning, scaffolding learning,
infographics, social networks, augmented reality, and web quest.
Dr. Amira S. Saad is an Associate Professor
in Educational Technology. She received her doctoral degree in educational
technology from the University of Ain Shams, Egypt, in 2014. She also received her
master's degree in educational technology from the University of Ain Shams, in
2011. She earned her bachelor's in educational technology from Specific
Education College, Cairo, Egypt, in 2007. Currently, she is a Cybersecurity and
IT Trainer at the Arab Administrative Development Organization and the Ministry
of Interior’s IT Institute in Egypt. Dr. Samir is a member of several
professional associations and has received numerous awards for contributions to
the field. Dr. Samir has extensive expertise in teaching and developing digital
and technological skills for undergraduate and postgraduate students, with a
strong background in smart software development, information systems,
e-learning, AI, expert systems, cybersecurity, digital libraries, and network
management. She is also adept at transforming learning strategies from
knowledge acquisition to knowledge production.
