Author Biographies

My name is Kittiphorn Luengrungrus, currently pursuing a master’s degree in Communication Disorders, majoring in Audiology at the Department of Otorhinolaryngology, Faculty of Medicine, Khon Kaen University, Thailand. I graduated with a Bachelor of Science degree in Communication Disorders from the Faculty of Medicine, Ramathibodi Hospital, Mahidol University, Thailand in 2017. Besides, I am actively working as a clinical audiologist at Nopparat Rajathanee Hospital, where I apply my expertise to directly impact patient care. My primary research interest lies in audiology, particularly in areas where knowledge gaps still exist, with the aim of contributing new discoveries that can benefit not only the Thai population but also have global implications.
I am Panida Thanawirattananit, currently a lecturer, Assistant Professor, and Chief of the Audiology Unit in the Department of Otorhinolaryngology, Faculty of Medicine, Khon Kaen University, Khon Kaen, Thailand. With over two decades of experience in audiology, I have developed a deep passion for advancing the field both in academic and clinical settings. I am an active member of the Thai Speech and Hearing Association, and my research in audiology has gained both national and international recognition. My areas of interest include pediatric and adult hearing assessments, specialized audiometric tests, and auditory rehabilitation. I am particularly focused on exploring innovative diagnostic and treatment methods to improve hearing healthcare.
My name is Watchareporn Teeramatwanich, currently working as a lecturer at the Department of Otorhinolaryngology, Faculty of Medicine, Khon Kaen University, Thailand. I specialize in Head and Neck Surgery, Head and Neck Microvascular Reconstruction, Otolaryngology, and Cancer Epidemiology. With a solid foundation in medicine, I completed my Medical Degree from Khon Kaen University, Thailand, in 2008. I then advanced my expertise by completing a Graduate Diploma in Clinical Medical Sciences in 2010, followed by a Diploma in Otolaryngology from the Royal College of Otolaryngologists of Thailand (RCOT) in 2013. Since 2013, I have been an active member of the Royal College of Otolaryngologists-Head and Neck Surgeons of Thailand, and in 2014, I joined The Thai Association of Head and Neck Surgeons. In 2016, I had the privilege of completing a Visiting Scientist program in Head and Neck Surgery at MD Anderson Cancer Center, University of Texas, Houston, USA. In addition to my focus on head and neck surgery research, I have a deep interest in otology and audiology, areas that I am eager to explore further through research.
