Dr. Chunxia Zhou currently serves as an Associate Professor and a Master's Supervisor. He was selected for the sixth batch of school-level training subjects of the "Thousand Hundred and Ten Project" of Guangdong Provincial Colleges and Universities, is a member of the first batch of experts in the development of modern agriculture in Guangdong, and is funded by the Outstanding Young Teacher Training Program of Guangdong Colleges and Universities in 2013. He is mainly engaged in experimental research on solubilization and homeostatic behavior and the modification and application of aquatic proteins. His research interests mainly include protein and enzyme inhibitors.
