Prof. Hao Chen is a professor at the School of Electronic Science, National University of Defense Technology, and deputy director of the Department of Cognitive Communication. He received a bachelor's degree in electronic engineering, a master's degree in information and communication engineering, and a doctorate in 2004, 2005, and 2009, respectively. He is mainly engaged in research in spatiotemporal big data analysis, data mining, and intelligent planning and scheduling of aerospace resources.
