Dr. Meng Zhu is a PhD student and assistant researcher at the Alxa Desert Ecohydrological Experimental Research Station. He has participated in the study of the variation law and mechanism of soil organic carbon along the gradient in Qilian Mountain, the interaction between the water conservation ecosystem and hydrological process in Qilian Mountain and its adaptation to climate change, and the simulation of soil carbon in typical ecosystems in arid inland river basins. His research directions are mountain soil carbon and digital soil mapping.
