Author Biographies

Ke Zhao received a B.E. degree from the China University of Geosciences, Beijing, China, in 2019, and an M.E. degree in information and communication engineering from the 54th Research Institute of China Electronics Technology Group Corporation, Shijiazhuang, China, in 2022, and he is currently pursuing the Ph.D. degree in National Key Laboratory of Advanced Communication Networks, 54th Research Institute of China Electronics Technology Group Corporation, Shijiazhuang, China. His current research interests include reconfigurable intelligence surface, wireless communication, signal processing, and deep reinforcement learning.
Zhiqun Song received a B.S. degree in radio technology from the University of Hebei, China, in 1982, an M.S. degree in information and communication engineering from the 54th Research Institute of China Electronics Technology Group Corporation, Shijiazhuang, China, in 1985, and the Ph.D. degree from Harbin Institute of Technology in 2019. Now he works at the National Key Laboratory of Advanced Communication Networks, 54th Research Institute of China Electronics Technology Group Corporation, Shijiazhuang, China. His research interests include wireless communication, cognitive radio, 5G, and so on.
Yong Li received B.S., M.S. and Ph.D. degrees in Harbin Institute of Technology in 2009, 2011, and 2014, respectively. During 2015-2016, he was an engineer at the Science and Technology on Communication Networks Laboratory of CETC54. He was a postdoctoral research fellow at CETC54 and the Department of Electronics and Information Technology, Harbin Institute of Technology during 2016-2018. Now he works at the National Key Laboratory of Advanced Communication Networks, 54th Research Institute of China Electronics Technology Group Corporation, Shijiazhuang, China. His current research interests include wireless communications systems, physical layer security and modulation theory.
Xingjian Li received a Ph.D. degree from the University of Electronic Science and Technology, Chengdu, China, in 2015. He is currently a Postdoctoral Researcher with the National Key Laboratory of Advanced Communication Networks, 54th Research Institute of China Electronics Technology Group Corporation, Shijiazhuang, China. His current research interests include compressed sensing, millimeter waves, reconfigurable intelligence surfaces, and massive multiple-input and multiple-output (MIMO) communication.
Lizhe Liu received an M.S. degree in information and communication engineering from the 54th Research Institute of China Electronics Technology Group Corporation, Shijiazhuang, China, in 2003,  and she is currently pursuing a Ph.D. degree at Xidian University, Xi'an, China. Her current research interests include wireless communication, scatter communication, and so on.
Bin Wang received a B.S. degree in radio technology from the University of Electronic Science and Technology, China, in 1992, an M.S. degree in information and communication engineering from the 54th Research Institute of China Electronics Technology Group Corporation, Shijiazhuang, China, in 1999. Since 1999, he works in CETC54. His current research interests include wireless communication, scatter communication, and so on.
