Dr. Esra Kayacan Erdoğan was born in 1985. In 2003, she began studying at Hacettepe University Faculty of Medicine. She graduated from the Faculty of Medicine in 2010 and started an internal medicine specialisation at Gazi University Faculty of Medicine in 2011. After finishing her this specialisation in 2015, she worked as an internal medicine specialist for 6 months. She has been working as a rheumatologist since 2019 after completing her rheumatology minor assistantship at Çukurova University Faculty of Medicine between 2016 and 2019. She is currently working at Ankara Bilkent ehir Hospital. She is a member of the Turkish Rheumatology Association.
