Georgia Parastatidou is a PhD candidate and lecturer at the Department of Management Science and Technology, Democritus University of Thrace, Greece. Her research interests encompass business intelligence, management science, marketing and innovation management, consumer behaviour, organisational behaviour and research.

Dr. Vassilios Chatzis is a professor at the Department of Management Science and Technology, Democritus University of Thrace, Greece. He holds a PhD in Informatics and teaches several undergraduate- and graduate-level courses in the fields of computer programming, artificial intelligence, software engineering and software implementation. He has over two decades of experience as a senior researcher, acting as a coordinator or member of research teams on numerous projects. His current research interests lie in the areas of artificial intelligence, business intelligence, digital image processing and analysis, machine learning and fuzzy logic. He has published more than 50 research papers, which have been cited over 1500 times.
