Dr. Shuqian Li holds a Ph.D. degree. Currently, he works at Hebei University of Water Resources and Electric Engineering and Hebei Technology Innovation Center of Phase-Change Thermal Management, as well as the Data Center where he actively engages in both teaching and research activities.. His research focuses on heat and mass transfer.
