Author Biographies

Marius Mihai Ciobanu is a lecturer at Iasi University of Life Sciences, in the Department of Food Science and Technology. They attended the Faculty of Agriculture, obtained a diploma of engineering in the food industry in 2008, continued their master's studies, and in 2014, obtained a Ph.D. in animal husbandry. During their Ph.D. studies, they were an intern in the food industry research department of the University of Udine, Italy. Since 2015 they have qualified as a judicial technical expert in the field of Animal husbandry, Food industry and Refrigeration. They are also an Associate Researcher of the laboratory for quality control of meat and meat products—Center for Quantitative and Qualitative Monitoring of Bovine Production. They are a member of the World Poultry Association, the Romanian Society of Animal Husbandry, and the Association of Food Industry Specialists in Romania and received the title of "Professor Bologna" in 2019 and 2020.
