Ay Su is a professor at the Department of
Mechanical Engineering, Yuan Ze University, Taiwan. He received a BS from
National Cheng-Kung University in 1978, an MS from The Ohio State University in
1984, and a PhD from Georgia Institute of Technology in 1989. He serves as
director of the Green Technology Research Center from 1999 to 2014, and
chairman of the Department of Mechanical Engineering, Yuan Ze University from
1993 to 1999. He was named Youxiang Distinguished Professor in 2006. His
research interests include rotor dynamics, combustion science, boiler design
and pollution control, fuel cell water, and heat management.
