Prof. Dr. Jieqing Liu is a Professor at Huaqiao University. He
is also a Member of the Quanzhou CPPCC, a Standing Committee Member and Deputy
Secretary of the Chinese Medicine Branch of the Quanzhou Chinese Medicine
Association, and a Member of the Medicinal Fungi Professional Committee of the
Fujian Microbiology Society. He received his BS (2003) and MSc (2006) in Pharmacy
from Jilin University and his PhD in Genetics from Capital Normal University (2009).
His teaching disciplines include Pharmacognosy, Chinese Medicine, Organic
Spectrum Analysis, and Medicinal Botany. His research interests include target
mechanism and natural medicine, synthetic chemistry and natural medicine,
Chinese herbal medicine and natural medicine, and marine microorganisms and
natural medicine.
