Author Biographies

Carolina Salinas Domján has a bachelor's degree in Physics and has been earning a PhD in physics since 2023 in the Facultad de Matemática, Astronomía, Física y Computación, UNC, Córdoba, Argentina. Her primary area of interest is in the field of physics applied to medicine, more specifically in radiation physics and dosimetry. Her work integrates diverse methodologies such as theoretical, experimental, and simulation, contributing to advancements in the previously mentioned areas.
Prof. Mauro A. Valente earned in 2003 the first degree in Physics from the National University of Cordoba (Argentina) and PhD in Physics (2007) from the University of Milan, Italy. He is now Researcher at the National Council of Sciences & Technology from Argentina, Professor at National University of Cordoba (Argentina) and University of La Frontera (Chile). His work in medical physics has resulted in more than a hundred indexed publications as well as many presentations, lectures, and courses, and awards. His research interests include radiation physics, medical physics, and radiation dosimetry.
Marcelo Ricardo Romero, Doctor in Chemistry (Universidad Nacional de Córdoba, 2011), is an Adjunct Professor at the Department of Organic Chemistry, School of Chemical Sciences, National University of Córdoba, and Independent Researcher of CONICET, Argentina. His fields of interest include smart materials, polymer science, 3D printing, electronic devices and biosensors.
