Mahmut Bakır completed his undergraduate studies in Civil Air Transport Management at Mustafa Kemal University, Turkey. He later earned his master’s degree in Civil Aviation Management from the Graduate School of Social Sciences at Anadolu University in 2018, followed by his PhD in 2022. Currently, he is a faculty member in the Department of Aviation Management at Samsun University. His primary research interests include airline business, service marketing, consumer behavior, multi-attribute decision analysis, and multivariate statistics. Bakır has contributed to numerous international journals and book projects through his research.
