Dr. Wenjia Zhao received her Master's degree in natural products and functional food development from Jiangxi Agricultural University of the college of Food Science and Engineering in 2020, and is now pursuing her Ph.D. in the college of Animal Science and Technology at Jiangxi Agricultural University. Her main research field is development and utilization of natural drugs and natural products.
Dr. Ganjun Yuan is a professor in the Jiangxi Agricultural University. He received his Master’s Degree in Natural Drug Chemistry from Hunan University of Chinese Medicine in 2000 and his Ph.D. in microbial pharmacology from Hainan University in 2010. From 2015 to 2016, he studied in Louisiana State University Health Science Center (New Orleans) as a visiting scholar in microbial pharmacology. He is a member of the Chinese Pharmaceutical Society and the Chinese Chemical Society. His main research fields are follows: (1) Natural medicines and microbial medicines; (2) Drug research for preventing bacterial resistance; (3) Research and practice on Chinese medicine. In these fields, he has conducted
six projects funded by the National Natural Science Foundation of China, and holds nine invention patents and one prescription curing diabetes. Additionally, he won one outstanding abstract award from the Asia Pacific Foundation for Infectious Diseases and the Korean Society of infectious Diseases at the ISAAR & ICIC 2
