Surajudeen is a physicist and data scientist with a strong foundation in quantum mechanics and software development. He earned an MSc in Artificial Intelligence and Data Science from Bournemouth University in 2024, where he excelled with a distinction, and an MSc in Physics from the University of Ilorin in 2018. He graduated from the Department of Physics at Ahmadu Bello University, Zaria, Nigeria, as the top student. He is a certified IBM data analyst. His research interests include physics, quantum computing, machine learning, and computer vision.
Dr Deniz Cetinkaya is a principal academic at the Department of Computing and Informatics at Bournemouth University. She completed her PhD degree in Systems Engineering at Delft University of Technology (Technische Universiteit Delft) in the Netherlands in 2013. She received her MSc degree in Computer Engineering from Middle East Technical University, Ankara, Turkey, in 2005. She graduated from the Department of Computer Science and Engineering at Hacettepe University, Ankara, Turkey, with honours in 2002, ranking second. Deniz is a fellow of the Higher Education Academy and a senior ACM member. Her research interests include but are not limited to software engineering, digital health, data science, machine learning, quantum computing, quantum machine learning, automated software development, model driven software development, and human–computer interaction.
