Faisal M. Alessa is an Assistant Professor in the Industrial Engineering Department at King Saud University (KSU), Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. He received his B.S. in Industrial Engineering from KSU in 2011, and earned his M.S. and Ph.D. from the Department of Industrial and Management Systems Engineering,
West Virginia University, USA in 2015 and 2020, respectively. He was recognized as the second-place winner in the poster program at the Society for the Advancement of Material and Process Engineering symposium, USA in 2019. His research interests include ergonomic design, human-machine interaction, and occupational health and safety.
