Dr. Weifang Wang is an Associate Professor and Doctoral Supervisor at the Department of Forest Resource Management, School of Forestry, Northeast Forestry University. She is also a judicial appraiser of ecological and environmental damage. She received her PhD (2006) in Forestry from Northeast Forestry University. She won the second prize of Heilongjiang Province’s Outstanding Teaching Achievement (2001), the third and secong prize of Heilongjiang Province’s Science and Technology Progress (2002, 2009), the Advanced Individual of Northeast Forestry University’s “Three-Wide Education” (2009), the second prize of Northeast Forestry University’s Excellent Teaching Quality (2015), and the second prize of Liang Xi Forestry Science and Technology Progress. She is mainly engaged in forest management, forest carbon sink measurement, and 3S technology application research.
