Prof. Lijing Wang obtained her Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Science from the School of Resources and Environment, Wuhan University, in 2002; her Master’s degree in Environmental Science from the School of Environment, Peking University, in 2005; and her PhD degree in Environmental Science from the Institute of Water Sciences, Beijing Normal University, in 2011. Since 2005, she has been working at the Chinese Research Academy of Environmental Sciences. She is currently a Chief Engineer and Researcher of the Operation Management Department, National Joint Research Center for Yangtze River Ecological Environment Protection and Restoration, Chinese Academy of Environmental Sciences. Her research mainly focuses on water environment safety assessment, early warning and protection in lake and reservoir basins, and study on the ecological and environmental effects of large-scale water conservancy projects.
