Szymon Pawlak, Ph.D. Eng., is an assistant professor at the Department of Production Engineering in the Faculty of Materials Science of the Silesian University of Technology. His scientific and research interests focus on the possibility of using the methods and tools of the lean manufacturing concept to improve production and work organization.
Tomasz Małysa, Ph.D. Eng., is an assistant professor at the Department
of Production Engineering in the Faculty of Materials Science of the
Silesian University of Technology. His scientific and research interests
focus on the possibility of adapting econometric models in the field of
forecasting accidents at work, occupational diseases, technical safety
at work, safe usage of machines, and occupational risk management.
