Author Biographies

Xiaonan Li was born in Gansu, China, in 1988. She received a B.Sc. degree in automation and an M.Sc. degree in control engineering from Lanzhou Jiaotong University, Lanzhou, China, in 2011 and 2014, respectively, and a Ph.D. degree in electrical engineering from Southwest Jiaotong University, Chengdu, in 2021. From 2014 to 2017, she worked with the Northwest University for Nationalities, China. Currently, she is an associate professor at the College of Electrical and Information Engineering, Lanzhou University of Technology, and her research interests include condition monitoring, assessment, and fault diagnosis of high-voltage power equipment.
Qing Tong was born in Xinjiang, China, in 2000. He is working toward an M.Sc. degree in electrical engineering at the College of Electrical and Information Engineering, Lanzhou University of Technology, Lanzhou, China. His research interests include the failure mechanism of high-frequency insulation medium and the development of new materials.
