Mekuanint Agegnehu Bitew obtained his Bachelor’s degree from Mekelle University, Ethiopia, in 2005, followed by a Master’s degree from Addis Ababa University, Ethiopia, in 2007. He earned his Ph.D. in 2016 from the College of Electrical and Computer Science at the National Taipei University of Technology, Taiwan, where he also worked as a Postdoctoral Researcher for two years. Since 2018, he has served as both an Assistant Professor and Associate Professor at the Faculty of Computing, Bahir Dar Institute of Technology, Bahir Dar University, Ethiopia. His research interests include wireless sensor networks, ad hoc networks, localization, networking and communication, machine learning, and artificial intelligence.
