Dongmin Seo received his B.S., M.S., and Ph.D. degrees all in Electronics and Information Engineering from Korea University in 2011, 2014, and 2018, respectively. He completed four years of post-doctoral training at Korea University and the Korea Research Institute of Ships and Ocean Engineering (KRISO) and currently works as an assistant professor in the Electrical and Electronic Engineering Department of Semyung University (Jecheon, Korea). His current research interests include biosensing for environmental applications and optical monitoring for maritime search and rescue purposes.
