Sandra Starke received her Diploma in Business Administration from the University of Applied Sciences Mainz / Germany in 2006 and is now pursuing a PhD in Social Sciences in Riga, Latvia. She also works for the Health Insurance Company AOK in Germany. Her topics of interest are digital competences and new learning concepts in the digital transformation of healthcare organizations
