Nicolás Muñoz-Urtubia is Assistant Professor at the Institute of Education Sciences of the Universidad Austral de Chile (UACh), where he has been working since 2023. He is currently pursuing a PhD at the University of Extremadura, Spain. He holds a Master's degree in Education from Universidad Austral de Chile and a Master's degree in Health Sciences from Universidad Finis Terrae, both in Chile. He has worked on projects related to physical literacy, the improvement of health, and physical education, and has contributed with publications in several academic journals.
He has participated in various conferences and is an Active Member of the International Network of Researchers in Law and Society (RIIDS). At the university, he teaches subjects such as Physiology, Exercise Physiology, Motricity and Health, Introduction to Sports Training, Biomechanics, and Anatomy, all within the area called “Biohealth”. His research interests are focused on health and physical education, with a particular emphasis on children and youth.

Dr. Alejandro Vega-Muñoz is Associate Professor and Subdirector of Research and Doctoral Programs at Universidad Central de Chile. He completed his PhD in Business Administration at the Universidad Antonio de Nebrija, Spain. He directs and co-directs research projects in the field of education, behavior, and technology. He has published a hundred articles in several mainstream journals, and serves as a Member of the Chilean Society of Geographical Sciences. His teaching disciplines include Research Methods and Business and Management, and his interests include Human Behavioral Studies; Research, Development, and Innovation Management; and Research Methods in Interdisciplinary Social Sciences (Administration, Behavior, and Communication).
