Prof. Ji Sook Han earned a B.Sc. (1982) and M.Sc. (1984) in Food and Nutrition from Pusan National University, and completed a Ph.D. in Food and Nutrition from the same institution in 1988. He is currently a professor at Pusan National University, Republic of Korea. From 2015 to 2017, he served as Dean of the College of Living Environment and Director of the Senior Living Environment Institute. He is also a current editor for the Korean Society of Food Science and Nutrition and the Korean Nutrition Society. His research interests include nutrition and dietetics.
