Intelligent manufacturing and workshop information technology is the deep integration of information technology and manufacturing technology to build a highly intelligent production environment. Through the establishment of the workshop information management system, the automatic collection, analysis and feedback of production data are realized, and decision-making support is provided for the management. In addition, the use of cloud computing and big data technology can further optimize resource allocation, improve resource utilization, reduce energy consumption, and promote the development of green manufacturing. In the field of machine vision application technology, my research focuses on its application to the automation of knitting equipment, especially the development of intelligent textile robots. By training machine vision systems to recognize different fabric types, colors, and patterns, intelligent textile robots are able to automate the entire process from raw material handling to finished product packaging. The application of this technology has greatly improved production flexibility, personalized production capacity, and met the growing demand of the market for diversified and customized products. At the same time, through pattern recognition technology, intelligent robots can also effectively reduce human error, and improve product quality and consistency.
Born in Ningbo, Zhejiang Province in March 1965, he is currently a professor and doctoral supervisor at the School of Mechanical and Automatic Control of Zhejiang Sci-Tech University, and the Director of the Engineering Research Center of the Ministry of Education of Modern Textile Equipment Technology. He graduated from Zhejiang Silk Institute of Technology in 1985 with a major in electronic automation, and continued to study in his subsequent career, and finally obtained a doctorate degree in mechanical and electrical engineering from Zhejiang University of Technology. Professor Shi Weimin has long been committed to the research of mechatronics and the computer control technology of textile machinery and light industrial machinery, and has presided over or participated in a number of important national and provincial scientific research projects, including national support projects and major science and technology projects in Zhejiang Province. His research work has won many national, provincial, and ministerial awards, such as the second prize of the National Technological Invention Award and several provincial and ministerial scientific and technological progress awards. In addition, he has actively promoted the industrial application of scientific research achievements and made important contributions to the technological innovation and development of related industries.
He is currently a master's student at the School of Mechanical Engineering, Zhejiang Sci-Tech University, with research interests in intelligent equipment and embedded control technology. He obtained excellent results in competitions at or above the provincial level. After entering the graduate level, he continued to deepen his understanding and application of research into intelligent control systems, especially in the design and development of intelligent textile robots, and achieved remarkable results. The project "Research and Development of Intelligent Textile Robot Based on Machine Vision" has been successfully applied in co-operative enterprises, effectively improving production efficiency and product quality. In addition, he has also actively participated in academic exchange conferences at home and abroad, published a number of high-level papers, and demonstrated good scientific research literacy and teamwork spirit.
