Ricardo S. Raposo is a veterinarian with a PhD in Animal Health from the University of Brasília (UnB), where he conducted research on aquaculture health, fish disease pathology and epidemiology, and the management of aquatic animal health programs. He currently works as a fish health consultant and serves as the head of the Aquatic Animal Health Program at the Official Veterinary Service of the Federal District, Brazil.
