Prof. Dr. Ema Jurkin is an Assistant Professor at the Faculty of Mining, Geology and Petroleum Engineering, University of Zagreb. She completed her PhD studies at the Department of Mathematics, Faculty of Science, University of Zagreb, in 2008. In addition, she is a member of the Croatian Mathematical Society and the International Society for Geometry and Graphics (since 2013, vice-president of ISGG). Her professional interests include synthetic geometry, geometry of Euclidean and non-Euclidean planes, and descriptive geometry.
