Prof. Hongbin Sun currently works as a professor and dean at Changchun Institute of Technology. He received his B.S. and M.S. degrees from the College of Electrical and Electronic Information Engineering at North China Electric Power University in 1990 and 2004, respectively. In 2007, he received his Ph.D. from the College of Computer Science and Technology at Donghua University. He is interested in topics related to wireless communication and intelligent information systems.
