Dr. Saudy Saret Pablo Pérez has been a professor and
researcher at the Department of Pharmacy of the National School of Biological
Sciences (ENCB) of the National Polytechnic Institute (IPN), Zacatenco campus,
Mexico, since March 2010. She is currently the president of the Academy of
General Pharmacology of the Industrial Pharmaceutical Chemist Career and a
member of the postgraduate research group in Chemical-Biological Sciences.
Dr. Pablo obtained her Bachelor's degree in Industrial
Pharmaceutical Chemistry (QFI, 2003-2008) at ENCB-IPN, followed by a Master's
degree (2010-2012) and a Ph.D. (2012-2016) in Chemical-Biological Sciences,
with a specialty in Pharmacology. She graduated with honors in both. She has
taken numerous courses on health topics, pharmaceutical quality, and teaching.
Her scientific research focuses on providing
scientific evidence of the traditional use of medicinal plants in the
management of chronic and degenerative diseases. She is currently a Level 1
National Researcher (2022-2026) by CONAHCYT in Medicine and Health Sciences and
is a member of the following associations: Mexican Pharmaceutical Association,
College of Pharmaceutical Chemists Biologists Mexico A.C., and the Association
of Pharmaceutical Professionals of Mexico.
