Jer-An Lin received his PhD from the Department of Food Science and Biotechnology at National Chung Hsing University (NCHU). He is currently an assistant professor atthe Graduate Institute of Food Safety at National Chung Hsing University in Taiwan. His current research interests focus on food authentication and sugar chemistry.
