Author Biographies

Alexandros Kastrinis is a PhD Candidate at the Physical Therapy Department, University of Thessaly, Greece. He is the co-owner of Athens Scoliosis Physiotherapy Clinic located in Moschato, Attiki, Greece. His PhD project is related to the effect of the Schroth method on sensorimotor control in individuals with AIS. He has published 16 papers in various journals. His interests include scoliosis, spinal deformities, kyphosis, Schroth, and PSSE.

George Koumantakis is currently working at the Physiotherapy Department of the University of West Attica (UNIWA), Athens, Greece. His research interests mainly lie in the remit of assessment via questionnaires (pain-function-psychosocial) and physical performance measures, as well as treatment effectiveness of current physiotherapy techniques. He was formerly employed as a clinical physiotherapist at 401 General Military Hospital of Athens, Greece.
