Youssef El Bitouri obtained a PhD in Civil Engineering (2014) from Université Paul Sabatier (Toulouse III). He is now an Associate Professor at IMT Mines Alès. His research interests include the rheological behavior of cement-based materials; the aging behavior of cementitious materials; physico-chemical evolutions in cementitious materials (including bleeding, structural build-up, hydration, and chemical evolution); and the effect of physico-chemical evolution on the mechanical properties of cementitious materials and structures.
