Hung-Cheng Chen earned a BS in Harbor and River Engineering from the National Taiwan Ocean University, Taiwan, and a PhD in Applied Mechanics from the National Taiwan University, Taiwan. He is now a Distinguished Professor at the School of Education, Huanggang Normal University, Hubei, China. His work in geophysical fluid dynamics, atmospheric sciences, and generative AI has resulted in over 50 publications, numerous presentations and lectures, memberships of organizations including the IEEE, and multiple awards such as the Best Paper Award at the Seventh International Conference on Knowledge Innovation and Invention. His research interests include typhoon dynamics, vortex modeling, and the integration of AI into educational technology.
