Xiaohong Chen was born in Jiangsu, China, in 1983. She received a master's degree in Communication and Information Systems from Dalian Maritime University in 2008. She joined the School of Automation, Shenyang Institute of Engineering, in 2008. Her research interests include photoacoustic spectra, power artificial intelligence, and intelligent diagnosis of electric power equipment.

Sen Wang was born in Liaoning, China, in 1983. He received master’s and Ph.D. degrees in electrical engineering from Shenyang University of Technology, in 2009 and 2014, respectively. Since 2023, he has been a Professor with the School of Automation, Shenyang Institute of Engineering. His research interests mainly include electrical machine design and control, artificial intelligence, intelligent diagnosis of electric power equipment, and intelligent electric power operation and maintenance.

Dongming Li was born in Liaoning, China, in 1993. He received Bachelor's, Master's, and Doctor's degrees in Electrical Engineering from Shenyang University of Technology in 2015, 2018, and 2024, respectively. He joined the School of Automation, Shenyang Institute of Engineering, in 2024. His research interests include the design and control of permanent magnet motors, intelligent diagnosis of power equipment, and artificial intelligence.

Zhao Shi was born in Liaoning, China, in 1983. He received a Ph.D. degree in Mechatronic Engineering from Shenyang Institute of Automation Chinese Academy of Sciences in 2019. He then joined the School of Automation, Shenyang Institute of Engineering. His main research interests are semantic sensing data processing for IoT, Semantic Web ontology models, and intelligent flexible manufacturing based on ontology technology.

Qiang Liang was born in Liaoning, China, in 1976. He received a master’s degree in Thermal Power Engineering from Northeast Electric Power University in 2003. He received a PhD degree in Control Science and Engineering from Zhejiang University in 2007. He has been an Associate Professor with the School of Automation, Shenyang Institute of Engineering, since 2009. His research interests mainly include artificial intelligence, image recognition. and parameter detection.
