Zhaoqun Du is a professor at the School of Textiles, Donghua University. He obtained his bachelor's from Zhongyuan University of Technology. He received his master's and doctorate from Donghua University. He was a visiting scholar at the School of Materials, University of Manchester, UK. He was an associate professor and lecturer at the School of Textiles, Donghua University. He was also an associate researcher at the Department of Textiles and Clothing, Hong Kong Polytechnic University. He won the third prize of the Science and Technology Award of the China Institute of Inspection and Quarantine in 2016, the first prize of the Textile Higher Education Teaching Achievement Award of the China Textile Industry Association in 2011, etc. He is a member of the Committee of the Fujian Key Laboratory of Textile Product Testing and an international consultant of the Textile Bio- and Information Engineering Society.
Weidong Yu is a professor at the School of Textiles, Donghua University. He obtained his bachelor's and master's from the Department of Textiles, East China Institute of Textile Technology. He received his doctorate from the University of New South Wales, Australia. He completed his postdoctoral work at the School of Textiles, Donghua University. He was a visiting scholar at the Center for Materials Science, UMIST University, UK. He was an assistant teacher, lecturer, and associate professor at East China Institute of Textile Technology, and also an associate professor and professor at China Textile University. He has won two second prizes and two third prizes in provincial and ministerial science and technology progress awards, as well as one of the Top Ten Science and Technology Progress Awards of the Ministry of Education (National 863 Extravehicular Space Suit Outer Protective Materials Research). He is the deputy director of the National Technical Committee for Fiber Standardization and a member of the National Technical Committee for Textile Standardization.
