Prof. Dr. Rushan Bie is a professor at the School of Energy, Harbin Institute of Technology, a member of the China Industrial Boiler Energy Conservation and Emission Reduction Professional Committee, a member of the Industrial Boiler Branch of the China Electrical Equipment Industry Association, etc. He is currently the leader of the circulating fluidized bed research group of the Institute of Energy and Environmental Engineering, School of Energy. He has won two second-class awards for scientific and technological progress at the ministerial level. His main research directions include coal-fired circulating fluidized bed technology and differential circulating fluidized bed technology (including steam boilers and hot water boilers); biomass direct-fired power generation circulating fluidized bed boiler technology; biomass briquette fuel, bale gasification decoupled combustion technology, etc.
