Vincenzo Mollace is currently the Dean and Director of the School of Pharmacy and Nutraceuticals at the University of Magna Graeciaof Catanzaro, Italy, and the Professor of Pharmacology at the University of Rome “Tor Vergata”. He earned his Doctor of Medicine at the University of Messina, Italy, in 1983, and completed his residency in Cardiology at the University of Milan, Italy, in 1987. From 1988 to 2002, he served as an Assistant Professor of Molecular Pharmacology at the Universities of Milan and Rome “Tor Vergata” and served as a full Professor of Molecular Pharmacology at the University of Roma Tre from 2002 to 2014. He also served as Dean of Molecular Pharmacology at the University of Catanzaro, Italy, from 2002 to 2016. He currently holds the position of Director at the Research Center for Food Safety and Health – UMG, focusing on nutraceuticals in research.
