Prof. Garam Kim received his BS and Ph.D. from Seoul National University in 2008 and 2014, respectively. From 2014 to 2019, he served as a Senior Engineer on the CAE team of Samsung Electronics, then worked as an Assistant Professor at Myongji University from 2019 to 2023. Currently, he is an Associate Professor at Myongji University. In 2023, Prof. Garam Kim received a Myongji University Academic Award.
Prof. Moon-Kyu Cho received his B.S., M.S., and Ph.D. in electronic engineering from Kwangwoon University, Seoul, South Korea, in 2009, 2011, and 2014, respectively. In 2014, he joined the Georgia Electronic Design Center, Institute for Electronics and Nanotechnology, Georgia Institute of Technology, Atlanta, GA, USA, as a Research Engineer. His current research interests include wideband/narrow-band phased array antenna systems, integrated radio and radar systems in silicon technologies for wireless communications, wireless sensing and detection, and imaging applications in RF, microwave, millimeter-wave, and submillimeter-wave regimes. Prof. Moon-Kyu Cho was a recipient of the 2011 and 2012 Best Paper Awards of the IEEE Electron Device Society, Seoul Chapter; the 2013 Best Paper Award of the IEEE Solid-State Circuits Society, Seoul Chapter; the 2012 and 2013 Best Poster Awards; and the Best Demo Award of the International SoC Design Conference. He was also a co-recipient of the 2016 GEDC Best Poster Award.
Prof. John D. Cressler received his B.S. from Georgia Tech in 1984, and his Ph.D. from Columbia University in 1990. From 1984 to 1992, he was on the research staff at the IBM Thomas J. Watson Research Center, and from 1992 to 2002, he served in the faculty at Auburn University. In 2002, he joined the faculty at Georgia Tech and is currently a Schlumberger Chair Professor in Electronics in the School of Electrical and Computer Engineering. He was elected as a Fellow of the Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers (IEEE) in 2001 for his research contributions and was awarded the 2010 Class of 1940 W. Howard Ector Outstanding Teacher Award (Georgia Tech's top teaching award), the 2011 IEEE Leon Kirchmayer Graduate Teaching Award (the IEEE's top graduate teaching award), and the Class of 1934 Distinguished Professor Award (the highest honor Georgia Tech bestows on its faculty).
Prof. Jaeduk Han is an Assistant Professor of Electronic Engineering at Hanyang University. He received his B.S. and M.S. degrees with honors from Seoul National University (SNU) in 2007 and 2009, respectively, and his Ph.D. from the University of California, Berkeley, in 2017. From 2017 to 2019, he held a position as a SERDES Designer at Apple. Prof. Jaeduk Han was a recipient of a KFAS graduate study fellowship in 2009, a KFAS doctoral study fellowship in 2012, the SNU EECS Best Tutor award in 2008, and the UC Berkeley EECS Outstanding Course Development and Teaching Award in 2016. His research interests include high-speed analog and mixed-signal circuits, power electronics, and the automatic generation of analog and mixed-signal circuits.
Prof. Ickhyun Song received his B.S. and M.S. degrees in electrical engineering from Seoul National University, Seoul, Republic of Korea, in 2006 and 2008, respectively, and his Ph.D. in electrical and computer engineering from the Georgia Institute of Technology in 2016. From 2008 to 2012, he was a Design Engineer at Samsung Electronics, Hwasung, Republic of Korea. In 2018, he joined the faculty at Oklahoma State University and was an Assistant Professor in the School of Electrical and Computer Engineering. Currently, he is an Assistant Professor at Hanyang University. His research interests mainly include extreme-environment electronics, high-frequency circuits, and silicon-device physics.
