Prof. Yanfeng Jiang, Professor, obtained a Ph.D. degree from Lanzhou University, China, in 2000. He is now working in the Department of Electronic Science & Engineering at Jiangnan University. He is now acting as an advisor to postgraduate students, recruiting both Ph.D. candidates and Master students. For Ph.D. candidates, the major is related to the Internet-of-Things, including microelectronics, signal processing, and automation. His research interests include VLSI (Very-Large-Scale Integrated Circuit) design and characterization, semiconductor memory design, including MRAM, SRAM, and DRAM, and novel integrated circuit design.
