Huating Chen is an associate professor at the State
Key Laboratory of Bridge Safety and Resilience, Beijing University of
Technology, China. She received a master’s degree from Tsinghua University in
1999. She completed her Ph.D. at the University of Alberta, Canada in 2005. Her
research interests primarily lie in the fatigue properties of structural
materials and fatigue assessment of steel and concrete structures.
