Prof. Jing Li currently works as an Associate Researcher and Master Supervisor at the Institute of Pomology, Chinese Academy of Agricultural Sciences, Xingcheng, China. She graduated from Shenyang Agricultural University in 1996, majoring in fruit trees, with a bachelor's degree. In the same year, she was assigned to the Fruit Tree Research Institute of the Chinese Academy of Agricultural Sciences and has been engaged in the nutritional functions and functions of fruits at two ministerial-level platforms, the Fruit and Seedling Quality Supervision, Inspection and Testing Center of the Ministry of Agriculture (Xingcheng), and the Fruit Quality and Safety Risk Assessment Laboratory of the Ministry of Agriculture (Xingcheng), focusing on research work and platform management work on fruit risk assessment. She once served as the director of the central testing room, office director, and quality assurance manager, and obtained the qualification of internal auditor of the National Certification and Accreditation Administration. She has been engaged in research on fruit quality safety and fruit nutritional functions for a long time. Her main research directions include the identification and quantitative analysis of fruit nutritional functional components, establishment of a fruit nutritional quality database, evaluation of fruit nutritional functions, and regulation of fruit nutritional functions.
