Sang Woo Park is a Ph.D program student in Industrial and Organizational Psychology at Yonsei University. He received his BS in psychology at Yonsei University. He has completed research projects involving both the private and public sectors. His research topics mainly include: calling, meaningful work, and religiosity.

Young Woo Sohn received his Ph.D in Psychology from University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign in 1999. He worked as Assistant Professor at University of Connecticut (1999–2001). In 2002, he moved to Yonsei University and was promoted to Associate Professor in 2005 and Professor in 2010. His research topics mainly include: calling, meaningful work, expert performance, and human factors in aviation.
