Prof. Bo Li received her M.S. degree in Food Science and Engineering
from Jiangnan University (formerly Wuxi University of Light Industry) from 1988
to April 1995, her Ph.D. degree in Food Science from the College of Food
Science, China Agricultural University from 1997 to 2001, and post-doctoral
research at Clemson University, from August 2004 to July 2005. She has taught
at the School of Food Science and Nutritional Engineering, China Agricultural
University from April 1995 to the present. Dr. Li has been teaching at the
School of Food Science and Nutritional Engineering, China Agricultural
University, since April 1995 and has been working as a postdoctoral researcher
at Clemson University in the United States from August 2004 to July 2005. Prof.
Li Bo’s main research interests are in the field of natural products and
functional foods, with a focus on proteins and bioactive peptides in recent
years.
