Dr. Tasuku Matsuoka
received his M.D. at the Osaka City University Medical School in 1991 and his
Ph.D. at the Osaka City University in 1998. Dr. Matsuoka was a Research Fellow
at the National Institute of Environmental Health Science in North Carolina, at
the Laboratory of Molecular Carcinogenesis. Now, he is a Vice-President at the
Naniwa Ikuno Hospital and a visiting researcher in the Department of Molecular
Oncology and Therapeutics, Osaka Metropolitan University Graduate School of
Medicine. He has expertise in the surgical management of patients with
gastrointestinal cancer, and his research interests include gastrointestinal
cancer, molecular biology, and targeting therapy.
