As an engineer-researcher at the LAFSET-CNAM laboratory in Paris in international
co-supervision with the Institut National Polytechnique Félix Houphouët-Boigny
[Yamoussoukro] (INP-HB) and a teacher in engineering schools both in Paris and
internationally, Mr. Ebagninin S. KOUAHO is currently working on the
optimization of processes for identifying the scope of energy savings deposits
dedicated to the ISO 50001 standard for municipalities: An innovative approach
for small and medium sized municipalities. With more than 25 years of
experience, he has acquired solid expertise in integration, information systems
and management of complex projects for civil status, identification and
elections. He has also managed national and international audit projects for
organizations such as the World Bank, UNDP, UNOPS, ECOWAS and USAID. As a former
senior project manager in large international companies, he combines a
strategic vision of digital transformation with operational skills in project
management.
N'GUESSAN Yao, Associate Professor at the Félix Houphouët-Boigny National Polytechnic Institute, Yamoussoukro, Côte d'Ivoire, is a researcher and educator in the field of Renewable Energy and Energy Efficiency: Refrigeration and Air Conditioning, Photovoltaic Solar Energy, Energy Efficiency, Quality, Heat Transfer, Thermodynamics, Machines and Fluids. Former President of the Sub-Regional Network for Research in Renewable Energy, encompassing the 8 countries of UEMOA. Over 15 publications in international journals. Former Deputy Chief of Staff at the Ministry. Member of the Board of Directors of several state-owned companies. Officer in the Ivorian Order of Merit.
